- Select Cancel subscription.
- In the modal, choose when the subscription should be canceled:
- At the end of the current billing cycle or trial period
(Not applicable for custom-priced plans or trial subscriptions.) - Immediately
- On a specific date
(Not applicable for trial periods.)
- At the end of the current billing cycle or trial period
The cancellation timing is preselected based on the product’s default behavior.
Cancellation logic—whether access is revoked or the customer is downgraded to a free plan—is also determined by this behavior.

- Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
- Canceled subscriptions display a Canceled status.
- Subscriptions awaiting cancellation display a Cancellation scheduled status.
