To cancel a subscription:
  1. Click the dotted menu icon next to the subscription.
  2. Select Cancel subscription.
  3. In the modal, choose when the subscription should be canceled:
    • At the end of the current billing cycle or trial period
      (Not applicable for custom-priced plans or trial subscriptions.)
    • Immediately
    • On a specific date
      (Not applicable for trial periods.)
The cancellation timing is preselected based on the product’s default behavior.
Cancellation logic—whether access is revoked or the customer is downgraded to a free plan—is also determined by this behavior.
  1. Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
  1. Canceled subscriptions display a Canceled status.
  2. Subscriptions awaiting cancellation display a Cancellation scheduled status.
