To view and manage a customer’s subscriptions:
  1. Open the Subscriptions section of the customer details screen to see active subscriptions and subscription history.
  2. Click View X canceled to display canceled subscriptions, or Hide X canceled to collapse them.
  3. Use search and filter options to locate specific subscriptions.
  4. Click a subscription to view additional details.
Subscriptions tied to legacy plan or add-on versions will be clearly marked. When this occurs, you can migrate the subscription to the latest plan or add-on version.
