Skip to main contentCoupons can be applied at either the customer or subscription level to provide percentage or fixed discounts.
To customers
To apply a coupon to a customer:
- Open the left navigation pane.
- Select Customers under Managing Customers and Subscriptions.
- Choose a customer from the list.
- Click Apply coupon and select the desired coupon.
Applying coupons to customers grants them a discount on all of their subscriptions.

To apply a coupon to a subscription:
- Open the left navigation pane.
- Select Subscriptions under Managing Customers and Subscriptions.
- Choose the relevant subscription.
- Click Apply coupon and select the coupon to be applied.
Applying coupons to subscriptions grants a discount only to that specific subscription.
