Coupons can be applied at either the customer or subscription level to provide percentage or fixed discounts.

To customers

To apply a coupon to a customer:
  1. Open the left navigation pane.
  2. Select Customers under Managing Customers and Subscriptions.
  3. Choose a customer from the list.
  4. Click Apply coupon and select the desired coupon.
Applying coupons to customers grants them a discount on all of their subscriptions.

To subscriptions

To apply a coupon to a subscription:
  1. Open the left navigation pane.
  2. Select Subscriptions under Managing Customers and Subscriptions.
  3. Choose the relevant subscription.
  4. Click Apply coupon and select the coupon to be applied.
Applying coupons to subscriptions grants a discount only to that specific subscription.
