Overview

To allow adding payment methods via the Stigg app and Stigg Checkout widget, a Zuora Payment Form must be configured. Follow the steps below to complete the setup.
All payment methods are stored directly in Zuora. If no payment gateway is connected in Zuora, the Payment Form will still render but will only display invoice and currency options. Payment methods cannot be collected in this case.

Setting up the integration

  1. Log in to your Zuora account.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Payments → Setup Payment Forms.
  3. Review the Payment Form configuration and copy the publishable Key.
  4. Go to Settings → Payments → Payment Gateways.
  5. Select your gateway, click Edit, and copy the Gateway ID from the URL.

Connect the Payment Form to Stigg

In Stigg → Settings → Integrations → Zuora, provide the following details:
  1. Zuora tenant credentials – tenant URL, OAuth client ID & secret.
  2. Form publishable key – copied from your Zuora Payment Form setup.
  3. Payment gateway ID – copied from Zuora Payment Gateway settings.
Stigg uses these values to render the Zuora Payment Form both inside the Stigg app and in the Stigg Checkout widget. After a successful submission, Zuora creates the Payment Method in your tenant, and Stigg automatically links it to the customer so it can be used for subscription provisioning.

Go live check list

  • Confirm a valid Payment Gateway is connected in Zuora.
  • Verify the Form publishable key and Gateway ID are set in Stigg.
  • Test adding a payment method in a Zuora sandbox tenant with a configured test gateway.
  • Switch to production once validation is successful.
