# Notifications and webhooks

Stigg allows you to define usage thresholds and trigger notifications or system events:

* Before the limit (e.g., 80% of quota)
* At the limit
* Over the limit

Use the `entitlement_usage_exceeded` webhook to notify your system or customers in real-time. Webhooks are triggered for entitlements, not directly for usage-based charges.
