# Credits charge

Credit charges are fees that customers pay for recurring credit grants

To add a credit charge:

1. Select the **feature** you want to charge for.
2. If the feature doesn’t exist yet, enter its name and use the link in the dropdown to create it.
3. Set the **Credit type** to **Credits (Credits)**.
4. Select the **pricing model**.
5. Define the pricing logic for **monthly** and **yearly** billing.
6. Configure the **grant cadence**:
   * **At the beginning of the billing period**, or
   * **Monthly**.
