# Conversion of free trials to paid subscriptions

When a customer converts a trial subscription to a paid subscription, they are **immediately charged** the full amount for the paid plan. Their billing cycle begins at the moment of conversion.

This immediate charge:

1. Creates stronger customer commitment (less time to reconsider), and
2. Brings revenue into your account sooner.
