# Editing customer details

To edit a customer’s details:

1. Click the dotted menu icon in the customer’s row and select **Edit**.
2. Update the desired fields in the modal.
3. Click **Save changes** to apply the updates.

  Some customer properties, such as the customer ID, cannot be modified after creation.
